Yummybox, led by Executive Chef Ning, originated from the creative mind of a former graphic designer with an unwavering passion for both coffee and food. Frustrated with the complexities of office politics, she made a bold decision to venture into the culinary world and open her own pizza and bakery shop. Driven by her perfectionist nature, she left no stone unturned in ensuring perfection.
Before the grand opening of her inaugural restaurant in 2011, she embarked on an extensive journey across North America and Canada. Her mission was to immerse herself in the local culinary cultures and discover the most beloved food recipes. To achieve this, she engaged in heartfelt conversations with the dedicated workers of various eateries, explored their kitchens, and delighted in sampling their popular dishes from the menus.
Yummybox emerged as a delightful haven with a diverse selection of food and drink offerings. The menu showcased an array of mouthwatering options, including the renowned Chicago deep dish pizza, the alluring flaming dome pizza, the delectable buffalo wings, and the tantalizing Louisiana boiled seafood with Cajun butter, among other delights.
